Saluda Splash!

We took a trip to a fun splash park a few weeks ago and had such a great time. It was a great way to spend a hot day as we enjoy the last few days of summer! Soon we'll be back into the school routine of getting up early and staying busy all week. We got there pretty early and the kids had a fun time running through all the sprinklers. Rylee was ready to go from the moment we got there...she was soaking wet within a few minutes. My girl is fearless! Jack, on the other hand, took things very slow. He walked around the park checking things out for a while and I kinda had to force him to even get wet. Once he did try it, he realized it was fun and really enjoyed getting totally soaked! We ate a picnic lunch out there and then had fun on the playground before heading home for naps. Everyone was tired after the busy morning!

I just love this picture! Jack just loves his sister and is so sweet to her. I hope they always stay such good buddies!

We all had such a great time! Definitely a very fun way to end our summer! Now, bring on Fall-cooler weather, football games, pumpkins, and all that fun stuff! :)
