Another week inside.....

Well, we've had another week of cold weather and have stayed home most of the week. I think all of us have gotten a little stir-crazy, but hopefully it'll warm up soon and we can get out a bit more! Monday morning Jack woke up complaining that his left ear was hurting. He's had a cold for the last few weeks and it had gotten somewhat worse over the weekend with all the traveling. We ended up taking Jack to the doctor's Monday afternoon and found out that he had a left ear infection and walking pneumonia! He's been on Zithromax all week and is now back to 100%!!! He did have to miss school on Tuesday and was really excited to get back to school on Thursday. We had some friends over to play on Friday and then ventured out to Arby's for lunch...Momma's first trip out with both kiddos! Jack was a good boy at lunch and we all definitely enjoyed getting out!

Rylee is still growing like a weed and doing great. She is starting to more consistent with eating every 3 hours during the day and has even had a couple of 5 hour stretches at night- Momma loves those nights! She's been smiling more and more each day and has started 'talking' some- we love all her little coos. Today was her first Sunday in church and she did great! She slept during big church and then woke up to eat during Sunday School- John gave her a bottle and she was a happy little girl!

My two babies! Sometimes I still can't believe we have 2 kids...crazy! Jack is really being a good big brother. He's always checking on Rylee to make sure she's ok. In the car on the way to church yesterday, he looked over at her in her carseat and said, 'Are you alright over there?' So cute!! If she loses her paci, he always tries to give it back to her and he's always the first one to tell her 'It's ok' if she gets upset!
