Tuesday night was $1 admission 'Family Night' at the Edventure children's museum. Since it usually costs an arm and a leg to get in (and I'm a little cheap!), we decided to take advantage of the deal. We went with a couple of other familys from church and had a great time. We are so blessed to have such good friends with kids the same age as Jack. Jack, Anna Beth and Drew loved exploring the museum and checking everything out. Jack loved sitting on the big John Deere tractor, watching himself on the tv, and 'cooking' at the pretend restaurant. Rylee was super as usual and just smiled and played with her toys the whole time, even though we were out past her bedtime! Sweet girl.
A few pictures...
Jack and Daddy on the tractor
Rylee chewing on her toy...these days, everything goes in the mouth!
Jack pumping gas at the gas station (I think the pump said $1.50/gallon- wouldn't that be nice!!!)
Having fun with the bubbles
Shopping in the child-sized grocery store
Jack and Anna Beth playing drums. Notice the green screen behind them. They had a flat panel monitor in front of them showing the kids on screen with some type of tribal dancers behind them. The second pic here is of the screen (you can't see it too well because of the flash, but you get the idea). Jack was obsessed with watching himself on tv. Too funny!
Jack and Drew checking out Eddie- the huge kid at the center of the museum
