The Fair!

We had such a good time at the fair this year. Jack was super excited about riding rides and we were all excited about some yummy fair food! We went with some of our good friends, the McCatherns. Jack and Hodges are best buds and we thought it be fun for them to have a buddy for all the rides. The had such a good time riding together...we may have to make it a yearly tradition! Rylee and Manning (Hodges' little sister) were pretty good sports about watching the big boys ride. They weren't big enough to ride much, so they had to do a lot of patient waiting and watching. Rylee was not so understanding about this...seeing as how she thinks she is just as big as her brother. She totally didn't understand why she couldn't ride too! She did get a ride on the choo-choo train and the carousel that made her happy before the night was over. We were lucky to pick a night with perfect weather and it made for a perfect family night at the fair!

Best Buds...so excited after a trip down the 'big slide'! I think that was Jack's favorite ride of the night...he got off and immediately said 'Let's do that again!' Too bad I didn't get a good picture of Jack and Daddy sliding down! :)
