Jack's class hosted the sweetest Mother's Day tea for us on the Thursday before Mother's Day. Each child had prepared their mother's plate and we got to enjoy some songs from them as well. Jack loves to sing and made sure to sing loud for us. The teachers also had us do a 'fun dance' with the kiddos called 'Strutt Miss Lucy.' All the moms stood in line across from our child and then we sang a cute song. The child got to dance down the line however they wanted and then the mother had to follow doing the same dance as her child. It was pretty funny as 4 year olds have some interesting ideas of what is good dancing! :) Jacks dance involved a crazy face and arms flailing around in the air. I did my best to recreate it well! I can't believe this was Jack's last preschool 'party.' It's all gone by so fast and it's making me a little sad! Anyways...here are some cute pictures of my cutie at the tea...
