The fair comes to town every October and we always have so much fun taking the kiddos! Jack has always loved the rides, but this year, Rylee was tall enough to join in the riding fun too. Last year, Rylee only got to ride the carousel and she fussed at each ride that Jack rode because she has always thought she is just as big as he is! :) We got there around 4 and headed straight for the rides. Jack got to go through one of the fun houses while Rylee and I checked out some of the other rides. Then, the three of us rode the bumble bees together. We all loved it. We enjoyed our fair share of yummy, greasy fair food too. The kids had corndogs, lemonade, ice cream, and mini donuts. I got my favorite fried mushrooms and fiske fries (with vinegar, of course!) and John satisfied his craving with the polish sausage dog. It was all super yummy! Jack and Rylee were great ride buddies this year...they are such sweet friends. We never even made it over to the animals this year. We planned to, but the kids had such fun riding and it just got late too fast! We did enjoy a family ride on the ferris wheel to end the night. It was neat to see all the lights and the rides from way up high...of course, I was a nervous wreck the whole time...those heights make me nervous! Another fun year at the SC State Fair in the books! :)

Jack road another, bigger rollarcoaster with Daddy and loved it! They even road in the front car and held their hands up the whole time! This is him telling us how much fun it was after it was over...
