Four Months old!!

Rylee is 4 months old today! I really don't know where the last four months have gone...it seems like she was just born, but then again, it feels like she's always been here. She's such a good baby and has fit just perfectly into our family. She is developing such a great little personality and growing so much every day. She smiles all the time and has started laughing a bunch too. She loves to be kissed on her neck and gives big laughs for that. :) She is quite a talker too...she has the cutest little coos and squeals! She has also started showing an interest in her toys and rattles lately. She loves to hold them, and loves putting everything in her mouth! She still enjoys watching herself in the mirror...such a little girl. :) She started rolling over from her belly to her back a few weeks ago and has done it a few times since...none of which have been caught on camera! She is starting to enjoy sitting in her bumbo seat a little more and seeing the world from a different view. It's nice to see her sitting up and looking like a big girl!
Rylee still eats every 3 hours right now. Sometimes she'll stretch it to 3.5 hours, but not often yet. That's just fine with me because she is such a great sleeper. She has developed quite the little schedule and naps pretty consistently each day. She usually takes a morning nap for about an hour, then an afternoon nap for about 1.5 hours and then another small catnap in the evening. She goes to bed at about 7:30 each night and sleeps till 7am (she does get a little 'snack' before I go to bed around 11). We go to the doctor on Tuesday for Rylee's 4 month well check, so we'll see then how big she's gotten...she is quite the little chunker! :)
Jack really seems to love his little sister. She is the first person he asks about when he wakes up in the morning and loves to give her hugs and kisses. He has learned to be a very good whisperer too and is always very concerned about being quiet 'so we don't wake Rylee up!'. So sweet. We are just so blessed to have such sweet, healthy kids. I often find myself just watching them and wondering how I got so lucky! As John says all the time, I love my family!

A few pictures of our sweet girl...

sitting pretty in her swing and playing with a toy- she's getting really good at grabbing for stuff and holding onto it!
